As a way to increase tenant communication with their building manager, Drewlo has partnered with UR Concierge Services (UR CSI). By clicking on the “Concierge” button at the top right of Drewlo’s menu (or visiting the link here), residents living in a Drewlo Holdings building can sign up for UR Concierge Services.  

When signing up, residents must use a building code in order to access the services. The building code is the postal code of your building without spaces. For example, if you’re living at 1420 Beaverbrook Avenue, then your building code is N6H5W5. It’s important to note that the building code you put in must match the building you're living in! This is how Drewlo can communicate with you about building specific events such as: maintenance, emergency services (such as water shut offs), contests, and more! 

Looking for ways to get engaged with your community? Under “My Community” you’ll see the “Community Events” tab which leads you to carefully selected events that are available in your area or virtually online. Each month a new series of events are released and are either free to participate in or offered at a discount. As the events are intended to cater to a wide audience, you'll see an assortment of offerings from musical theater, book talks, virtual tours, and more. 

In addition to receiving updates on events happening in your building and in your community, you’ll also receive exclusive access to discounted event tickets. Some of the current offerings include Ripley’s Aquarium, Toronto FC, and more available through Attractions USA (over 2500 companies – everything from Disney Parks, restaurants, and huge discounts) and Little Canada (an attraction in Toronto that is a miniature of Canada)! When you’re in the URCSI portal, check out the “Event Tickets'' tab for everything that is offered. As things are opening up, we will continue to add more.  

Unsure of where to eat? Need to get groceries? Have to visit the dentist? In the UR Concierge Services portal you can find a directory of restaurants, stores, and vendors that are located in your area! Click on the “Local Shopping” tab to access the directory full of trusted recommendations that will help you find what you need.  

As outlined, once you’ve signed up for UR CSI, you’ll have access to community resources, event tickets, a special resident marketplace, and a directory filled with places to visit.
