The reason that we choose to live at Drewlo was because my friend used to live in this exact same unit and she had a great experience. The property managers are great at communicating, everytime there is a notice to go out the managers keep the postings updated.

We continue to be impressed by the attention to detail at 70 Capulet Lane.  From the landscaping, gazebo, marble tile and lighting at the front door in the entrance lobby, to the features of the pool and exercise rooms, planning to make tenants comfortable has been so very evident.  Thanks so much for what you do to enhance the lifestyle of your tenants.

We have lived in Windermere I for several years now and our superintendent George is very kind and caring. George always answers his phone and addresses whatever issue comes up even on Christmas Day. Thank you so much George for being so prompt and courteous and for making our experience living here a positive one!

My family rented an apartment for 2 years here and we had an amazing experience. The building management (Linda and Scot) were very helpful and prompt. During our stay, the property was well managed and maintained and we never had an issue. The location is super convenient. Kids loved the pool. The concierge are the best, always smiling and helpful.

Lovely place! I choose this apart because of the quailty and the size. The top things that I love about living here are amenities around like the grocery store, hair cuts and the gym in the building.

This area is amazing. Ever since I saw the apartment, I knew this is where I wanted to be. I love the service and the maintance of the building. My 2 favourite places are the balcony because I love to relax out there and the kitchen. Me and my son are happy to call this apartment our home.

I had a serious water problem, water was leaking from the ceiling to my bedroom. I was trying to get a hold of the concierge (Thanks good I couldn’t) this is how I get in contact with Anna P. at head office. I have to tell you I had the best customer service in my life. She was professional, very helpful, she get on with the emergency repair right away. She called me back to inform me about the repair. Beside this she even arranged to get our jacuzzi fixed downstairs after almost 2 month out of service. I like to thank her again for the great job she did, and I hope the next bonus time she will be on top of your list!!

Any interactions with any given staff at my building has been extremely pleasant. The construction staff are courteous and friendly, AND tidy. I have gotten prompt friendly replies to my inquiries from the building managers at all times.

What a dynamic duo! I've tried to give a 5-Star review on Google but for some reason, have not been successful in doing so and this is why I'm reaching out to you via email once again. I have been here for 7 months now and I have never been happier. A big part of that has to do with the people involved who make you feel valued, respected and protected.

This building is always spic & span and in working order: bright, clean and pleasant-smelling throughout. Amanda and Jeff make an obvious effort to go above and beyond with the small touches and personal connections they make with their tenants. They are approachable, polite and always ready to help or answer questions.

It can't be easy on a regular basis to keep people happy and ensuring daily obligations are met and properly organized, let alone during these recent pandemic days/months. I sincerely appreciate everything they do for me.

I moved in the Drewlo Holdings building in August 2010. I am very pleased with the choice I made. The location is surrounded by the mall, Shoppers Drug Mart; the elementary school is very close; the ION train is a plus. The staff are very friendly and always there with a solution for the situation. Well kept building beautiful furniture in the lobby of the building.

I just wanted to write that I have had an amazing experience with your company and the people who run things at 790 Capulet Lane. Linda and Bob have been the main reason I decided to pursue this building. I found apartment hunting very tedious and a lot of the rental agents were either rude, late for appt's, no shows, never got back to me, or were inconsistent with things. Linda has been super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, and very accommodating with meeting me outside normal office hours due to my own work schedule. She checked in to make sure things went smoothly the day I moved in and followed up after to ensure the apartment was finished and in good state for me. I had a leak that was fixed the very next day after I mentioned it. I feel this should be noted as you don't often find this kind of customer service anymore!! Thank you,

Just a note to let you know how nice it is to live in your buildings.  I am a new tenant as of June 1.  Louanne and Murray "my supers" are very nice, friendly people.  Always willing to help and guide me as I make this my home.  A very clean, well-kept building, inside and out.

I have lived in many rentals over the years and am so very pleased that I chose Drewlo.  It made my move to London a very pleasant one.  Thank you.

We chose Drewlo primarily for its location. I travel frequently to Vancouver for work, so being close to the airport is a big advantage. It’s also convenient for visiting family in Toronto, with easy access to the 401. We had outgrown our previous home, and Drewlo Townhomes offered the space we needed for our growing family.

......We would like to compliment our superintendent, Deb, on her hard work here at 1420.  Deb is always pleasant to all tenants.  Her smile and her friendly attitude make you feel welcome in the building, our home.  This building is always clean and presentable to new and old tenants.  This is definitely the kind of person you want to have working for you.  Thanks for all your hard work Deb.  Merry Christmas to all your staff!

I want to commend you on your choice of superintendents for this building.  Brian and Shirley have been excellent superintendents - they have always been friendly, accommodating, helpful and prompt to reply to any request.

......we are also very proud of the initiative you took in installing the environmentally friendly, low energy lighting, refrigerators, and the less-per-gallon flush toilets installed.  We want to take the opportunity to THANK YOU for making this resident a safe and most enjoyable place to call home.  Last but not least we are very grateful for your hiring of our great superintendents.  They are friendly and most conscientious in keeping this place sparkling clean!

Mario and I wish to express our gratitude for the beautiful renovations done in our building at 720 Wonderland.  The lobby is now very attractive and inviting, with new furniture and carpeting throughout, all freshly painted, doors, laundry and mail rooms all sparkling fresh.  It is so much brighter and clean-looking from top to bottom.  Not to mention the security cameras installed from indoors, lobby, elevators to garage on both levels.It is very much appreciated and gives us a feeling of a safer place to live in.

We have fantastic building managers.  They are a pleasure to deal with.  They go beyond expectations in their courteous manner, availability and helpfulness.  They are constantly working hard in the building and always accessible.
