Voted London's #1 Rental Housing Provider, Drewlo Holdings is currently seeking a Building Manager live-in team for Woodstock. We are looking for an energetic team with outstanding customer service to oversee the day-to-day operations of an apartment building in Woodstock, ON.

Requirements:

· Top-notch customer service skills

· Renting/sales experience

· Handy/basic maintenance skills

· A history of property management

Responsible for:

· Addressing residents' concerns either themselves or involving our maintenance team or the property manager if needed

· Facilitating work orders and performing minor maintenance

· Showing vacant apartment to prospective residents, completing applications and leases

· Carrying out various administrative duties/paperwork, use of company provided smartphone and email is required

· Monitoring activity throughout the building, ensuring residents and their guests adhere to Drewlo policies

· Maintaining fire safety logs

· Maintaining exterior walkways during winter months

· Covering a sister building on their superintendent's day off (the sister building covers for yours)

· Presenting themselves and Drewlo Holdings in a friendly, professional manner to all current and prospective tenants

· Executing the turn-over procedure of suites to new tenants, including cleaning of the suite
