Here is what you need to bring to secure your unit the same day:

• Money Order or Bank Draft (last months rent deposit) 
• Void Cheque - to arrange automatic monthly withdrawals on the first of the month 
• Proof of income 
• Paystubs, letter of employment with yearly income, notice of assessment if retired.
• Colour copy of photo identification (and ID)
