We anticipate that this Luxury Rental Building will be completed by Spring 2018. We owe a big thank you to all the contractors that are helping us build the Waterdale Walk community. One of the larger projects for this property was creating a 320 foot retaining wall to separate the property and Sunningdale Rd.
